The Inclusion Champions Awards are Bulgaria's first national awards recognising the people, teams, networks and organisations who are making workplaces more inclusive, supportive and welcoming. We celebrate those who turn values into action. The individuals who lead by example, the HR professionals who rewrite the rules, the employee networks who create space for others, and the organisations willing to change how they work. Our goal is simple: to make this work visible, and to inspire more organisations to build workplaces where everyone feels respected, valued and able to thrive. Founded and organised by GLAS Foundation, Emprove Foundation and Jamba.

Employee-led communities shape culture from the inside. This award honours the ERGs, affinity groups and internal networks that amplify diverse voices and create spaces where people feel genuinely seen.
Changemaker Cultural change rarely starts at the top. This award honours those who build trust, challenge exclusion and strengthen belonging through everyday actions, regardless of their role or seniority.
Established in 2014, GLAS works to advance the full inclusion, equality and protection of LGBTI+ people in Bulgaria through advocacy, community support, corporate engagement and public awareness. GLAS co-manages Rainbow Hub — Bulgaria's only LGBTI+ community centre — and has played a leading role in organising Sofia Pride since 2008.
Emprove raises awareness and strengthens intolerance towards the earliest signs of toxicity and violence in relationships, works to shift societal attitudes, and supports women and girls who have experienced violence. Each year, Emprove trains over 2,000 people, directly supports between 100 and 150 women, and reaches hundreds of thousands through its prevention and awareness campaigns.
JAMBA is the connection between people with diverse abilities (that’s how we call people with disabilities) in Bulgaria and their future employers! Jamba is a place for education, internships and career.
Established in 2014, GLAS works to advance the full inclusion, equality and protection of LGBTI+ people in Bulgaria through advocacy, community support, corporate engagement and public awareness. Emprove is an organization dedicated to women who are currently in, or have already left, an abusive relationship.Our mission is to raise awareness regarding the earliest signs of relationship abuse, shift societal attitudes, and support women and girls who have experienced violence. The foundation’s activities include public campaigns for early prevention and awareness, free psychological and legal support for survivors, coaching, events, training sessions, group therapy, and large-scale art initiatives.
